Delivery Information for 2025
We are so pleased to announce that we can now offer print-on-demand, so the usual turnaround time, regardless of where you are in the world, is 10-12 working days.
Please allow 24-48 hours to personalise your book and then the dispatch time after that. You will be notified your book has gone to print so check your junk mail if you have not received that email.
The dates are not an exact science as some arrive earlier and others may go over the usual time allowed by a day or so.
If you order on a weekend you will not receive a confirmation of despatch until 24-48 hours after the weekend.
Remember, although we are based in the UK we SHIP WORLDWIDE! Books are now printed and dispatched within the country from where you are ordering your book to be delivered, which has cut down on delivery time and charges.
We charge a standard mailing fee but due to some of the postcodes in areas within Australia please note that delivery times can take a lot longer unless you wish to pay more.
If this happens we email the customer directly to give you a choice.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Please note ALL BOOKS are not automatically tracked but when we can offer it within the one-off mailing fee we now charge we will choose that option. It depends on what mailing services are offered when we process the order.
We do not automatically let you know exactly what day your book has gone to print and dispatch. But if you feel your book is taking longer than the advice given above and want your tracking information you can contact us – info@lossbooks.com
