UPDATED PRINT DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery Information for 2024
The next print run is May 1st, 2024, for the arrival of your book by mid-May 2024.
Please note that these very special hand-personalized books are not print-on-demand items and we only print bi-monthly. If you want your book for a special date please order at least one month in advance.
We thank you for your patience.
Printing takes 4-5 working days after the print date shown and then delivery takes 1-5 days, depending on where you are in the world. We are based in the UK.
Remember, although we are based in the UK we SHIP WORLDWIDE!
TRACKING INFORMATION
UK Addresses on personalised books go first class signed for and usually take 1-3 working days.
All books outside the UK are sent via DHL COURIER and usually take 2 - 5 working days.
We no longer use Air Mail tracked (although a little cheaper than courier fees) as it was still taking up to one month in some countries for the books to arrive and we could not guarantee they would not get damaged in transit.
ALL TIMINGS are approximate and we ask you to be patient as we know how emotional and well-received these books can be - it is a small personal service we offer and cannot create the books as a print-on-demand item.
Please note ALL BOOKS are tracked but we do not automatically send you the tracking information - if you do want it you can email (see below)!
We do not automatically send out the tracking information as all books are sent directly from the printers, and the speed of the courier usually means the books often arrive with the customer before we receive the tracking information from the printers.

On a general note, we are always looking at ways of improving turnaround times but for now, we are reliant on brand growth - the more books ordered means the more often we can print and the faster turnaround times we can achieve - so please feel free to help and share the knowledge about our wonderful child and adult personalized loss books with family and friends.
