All instructions on how the recipient can use the Gift Card to order their personalised keepsake book is clearly stated on the card. If there is an additional amount to pay after they have used the credit from the Gift Card allocated then they will be advised in the first instance and sent an easy link to pay the difference.

This heartfelt Gift Card enables you to help someone with the purchase of a special memory book. A keepsake to remember the loss of their loved one and to share the wonderful words and images with their children and family.
The Gift Cards can be sent directly to the recipient if you prefer. Please simply add in the ‘Delivery Address’ section of the order page the name and address of the recipient if different to yours. You can add your name and a short message you want included with the card to the ‘notes’ section when you order. Please limit the amount of words to 20.
