You can enter either the person’s name and include any term of endearment on the front cover – Mummy, Nanna etc. For example; Mommy Joan Smith. Inside we will use any term of endearment and first names or simply add a nickname e.g. ‘Mama’ etc. If you want the term of endearment on the cover and inside then just provide this only.
